Checking Supported Games
Spacerun runs your games on Linux cloud instances. Since not all games are built for Linux, we rely on Proton
compatibility to run Windows games. You can check how well a game runs before playing.
How to check
1. Go to ProtonDB.
2. Search for your game by name.
3. Check the compatibility rating:
- Platinum / Gold — runs great, no issues expected.
- Silver — runs well, minor issues possible.
- Bronze — playable, but with noticeable issues.
- Borked — not recommended, likely won't run.
Tips
- Ratings come from the community and may vary by game version.
- If a game has a low rating, check the reports on ProtonDB for specific workarounds.
- Some games may run better or worse on Spacerun than reported, since our setup differs from a personal Linux PC.
