To make signing in faster and more convenient, Spacerun securely stores the login information required to automatically sign you in to supported services such as Steam.

How is my login information stored?

Your login information is:

  • Encrypted before being stored.

  • Stored securely and protected from unauthorized access.

  • Only accessible to the machine running your gaming session when it is needed for automatic sign-in.

  • Not accessible to other users or other gaming machines.

This allows Spacerun to provide automatic login while keeping your stored login information isolated to your running gaming environment.

Can I disable automatic login?

Yes. If you do not want Spacerun to store or use your login information for automatic sign-in, you can disable this feature in the Spacerun application settings.

When disabled, you may need to sign in manually when launching a gaming session.

Why does Spacerun store this information?

Storing your login information securely allows Spacerun to:

  • Automatically sign you in when starting a session.

  • Reduce the need to repeatedly enter your credentials.

  • Provide a faster and more convenient gaming experience.

You can disable automatic login at any time from the application settings.
